Tai Chi is an ancient exercise system, using a series of graceful, slow, flowing movements.

Although technically a soft martial art, this class focusses on using Tai Chi to exercise and energise the body, calm the mind and spirit and counteract the stress of modern day life.

Times: weekly on Tuesdays 6.30 - 8.00 pm
